A Little About Us:

JR vanLienden has been a photographer for most of his life, starting back when he was in high school. He went on to continuing his education in Rhode Island School of Photography. He also over the years further his knowledge in photography by attending local, state and national organizations sponsoring workshops and seminars. After studying with some of the best in the field his work is well respected amongst his peers. Being one of those people who seems to have to do it all himself, he has gone through the wet darkroom days of color photograph, to being one of the earliest portrait photographers to print their work with the first archival photographic inkjet printers. With any industry just starting out as we did with the digital revolution many bumps and bruises were had learning how to make it all work.

New and exciting products became available along with many avenues to use this technology. His obsessiveness in nature, had him working many hours
learning how to create these new products and techniques. Now it takes less time and effort because of his many hours of working late nights to tackle this new
adventure in digital technology. Understanding the need for image marketing the new tools available with the digital revolution has allowed him to market his services and products at a level only previously available to larger companies. Now he is able to educate others how to use all of the new fun and exciting technology for their benefit in a facility only to be envied once you visit the school.

Darcy vanLienden is the behind the scenes person that makes it all look so great. First in the darkroom printing, then retouching, and digital photography. Photoshop retouching has helped her gain great respect from all who see the level of expertise she gives her Photoshop work. Her first time competing in the art tech side of the Florida Professional Photographers yearly association had her receiving 6 out 6 merits. All of this was done only two days before getting the prints to the conventions for judging. Her attention to detail and ability to make short work of the time spent in front of the computer with images has her sought after for detailed instruction from people all over the country. She has been the production manager for the past studio and also has a wealth of knowledge in perfecting
systems for producing high quality images.
